Call / Screening

Our recruitment team will contact shortlisted candidates to verify experience, trade skill, document readiness, and job suitability.

Process Documents & Gate Pass

Selected candidates will complete required document checks, approvals, and site/gate pass processing before deployment preparation begins.

04

Mobilization

After approval, travel coordination, accommodation, site readiness, and joining arrangements will be completed so the worker can start work smoothly.

SALARY & WORKER SUPPORT

Clear salary process and worker protection

Workers will receive their first salary after 1 month and 20 days, and then salaries will continue on a monthly basis as per the approved payroll cycle.
